IntegrateThe technology today makes it incredibly easy to integrate anemail marketing system directly into your website. If you have ever been towebsite that has a form to fill out that includes your name, email address andphone number then you know what I am talking about. In the past this was allhandled with a database on the backend and then you had to extract the emailaddresses out of the database and add them to your email system. Now you havethe ability to take the email address and have it go directly into a mailinglist that allows you to send them emails without worrying about it going to theJunk mail folder.
EducateSend valuable information that informs them about mistakes toavoid, pitfalls to avoid common missteps and essentially any information thatwill help them make decision in their business. It’s well known in themarketing world that people respond to relief of pain over increase in pleasurein a ratio of 3 to 1. Hopefully this explains why the message in mostadvertising you see is today is focused on relieving a pain point. A better wayto state the pain point is that it solvesa problem. Solving problems is the real value proposition in this approach.Identify major problems of your target market and then provide a solution.

The auto responder seriesshould provide them with relevant information that will help them make adecision about a problem that you know how to solve. Notice that I have notmentioned selling at all. If you are giving them the information they need tomake the decision you don’t need to sell, they make up their own mind anddecide to buy.
PopulateMailing to your list is a great way to generate more leads.Each time you send them a training article or information relative to thedecision they ned to make you can ask them to share it with others. Email Marketing is really very simple and you don’t need to beintimidated by the technology.
